This Engineering Management professional degree program leverages the strengths of ZUST as a leading institution in engineering education. It aims to cultivate high-level, application-oriented engineering management professionals who are well-adapted to the needs of modernization, with well-rounded development in moral, intellectual, and physical attributes. Students will acquire fundamental knowledge in engineering technology and economic management, receive basic engineering training, and develop strong practical abilities, innovation skills, and organizational management competencies.
The program offers three main research directions: Project Management, Industrial Engineering and Management and Logistics Engineering and Management. The program currently has 8 master’s supervisors, including 2 professors (or equivalent senior titles) and 5 associate professors (or equivalent associate senior titles), where 8 faculty members hold doctoral degrees. Among the key instructors, there are 1 Provincial “151 Talent Project” Member, 1 Zhejiang Youth Social Science Scholar. This program has a strong research profile and extensive experience in postgraduate education. It demonstrates high academic competence, with an average annual research funding of 83,500 RMB per capita and an average of 6.8 published research papers per capita. Faculty members have been awarded 5 provincial and ministerial research awards. The program emphasizes case-based teaching and practical training, supported by long-term stable and collaborative practice bases, as well as a sufficient number of industry instructors.
